Because our products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for approved custom orders except when an order arrives damaged or we made a production or fulfillment mistake.
Custom Printed Orders
Each order is made specifically for you. That includes personalized invitations, save the dates, RSVP cards, thank you cards, and other custom printed stationery.
Because of that, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- change of mind
- ordering the wrong quantity
- wording, spelling, dates, addresses, or other details submitted by the customer
- errors that were present in an approved proof
- normal screen-to-print color variation
- minor variation in texture, finish, or paper feel that does not reflect a production defect
If We Made a Mistake
If we made an error with your order, we will make it right.
Examples include:
- misprints
- miscuts
- wrong items sent
- production defects
- shipping errors caused by us
- printed pieces that do not match the approved order
If the issue was caused by us, we will review the order and provide a replacement at no charge.
Orders Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the problem
- clear photos of the damaged items
- photos of the packaging if applicable

Returns
Because our products are custom made, we generally do not accept physical returns unless we specifically request one as part of resolving a production or shipping issue.
If a return is needed, we will provide instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
